You will You will meet your guide in Montefiascone which is famous for its wine called Est, Est, Est and which you can easily reach by train from Viterbo or Orvieto. The week will unfold among the pleasant countryside of Latium starting on the Bolsena Lake shore. Bolsena, as well as Vico and Bracciano, which we will encounter later on our way, are volcanic lakes with very clean and very deep waters. The whole area is a piece of real Italy, away from the major turist flows and you will be able to discover a few hidden jewels such as thesuperb crypte of Nepi abbey.
