Day 1 – arrival in Perugia and transfer by their own meansi ( minimetro) to Hotel Fortuna, a nice 3 stars in the heart of town
Material and bikes waiting at the hotel. One of Viadelsole representative will meet you for an introduction to the tour.
Don't forget to visit the Rocca Paolina, the medieval subterranean part oftown

Day 2 - Perugia to Assisi ( km 30 easy to moderate) ( via Ponte Valleceppi/S Egidio/ Petrignano)
After a short visit of Perugia, you will cycle to Assisi and then on to their agriturismo - la Malvarina – a charming farmhouse on the olive tree covered slopes of Mt Subasio. It features a swimming pool and horse riding facilities. Overnight

Day 3 short bike loop Malvarina – Ride to S Maria degli Angeli to see the Basilica with inside the holy chappel– Visit Assisi and the superb St Francis church with the Giotto’s frescoes - Climb to the Eremo delle Carceri, St Francis peaceful retreat; back to Malvarina ( km 25 easy) in time for a cooking class with Maria.+ dinner and night.

Day 4 -Malvarina to Corbezzolo di Cantalupo - km 35 easy to moderate - A full day of cycling visiting Spello, while landscape is changing from olive trees to vineyards. As a matter of fact Bevagna is in the heart of the best wine area of Umbria and you should not miss a wine tasting at Dionigi, family run cellar. If the uphill to your next accommodation is a bit too much the lady of the house will pick you up at the winery. Overnight at Il Corbezzolo

Day 5 – Bevagna loop - Start the leisurely and enjoy a cooking class in the morning. After a light lunch cycle to Bevagna and visit this lovely medieval town before cycling back to your agriturismo.

Day 6 - Corbezzolo to Corte del Poggio - ( km 28 easy) . Clients will stop in Deruta where they can whatch the pottery being made and painted. After this stop the stronger one can procede to Corte del Poggio, (Cristina’s place). Those who have had enough cycling will be picked up in Deruta by luggage transfer.

Day 7 - Mercatello loop - ( km 32 easy to moderate) - A laisurely cycling morning in a peaceful landscape at the border with Tuscany to reach the Cantine Fasola where you can taste their excellent wines. Back at Corte Poggio for a Cooking class + dinner
Day 8 - Transfer to the nearest railway station or to Perugia airport.
