TRY YOUR VESPAS
Day 1 – Arrival in Perugia and transfer to your vespas rental place to pic them up and, if you are not an expert, to receive a brief riding lesson. Ride to your accommodation which is only a few kilometers away. Spend the night at Corte del Poggio,
a small country Inn where you will meet Cristina's family. If you arrive early enough, (before 2 o' clock) you may have a cooking class (not included in the price)

A SEA OF VINEYARDS
Day 2 - Poggiolo- Perugia/Montefalco - (65km) We are now in the heart of Umbria; visit Deruta a famous ceramic makers' place and Torgiano, Lungarotti wineries home town; if a wine tasting might be dangerous for your safety (!) a visit to the wine and olive oil museum is advised. Spend the night in a charming Villa just outside Montefalco, where, once the vespas safely home, you can savour a glass of Sagrantino, the most fasmous of Umbria wines.

GIOTTO'S FRESCOES
Day 3 – Montefalco/Spello/Assisi (50 km) Today visit this beautifull town; then ride to Spello a very nice and less touristy small town on the Subasio slopes. Assisi, with the St Francis basilica and its Giotto's frescoes is the clou of the day. Night in a lovely country Inn within walking distance of the Basilica.

PERUGIA
Day 4 – Last but not least, visit Perugia (57km) the capital city of Umbria. A town that goes back to Etruscan times, with monuments more than 2000 years old, an underground medieval town and an intricate net of narrow alleys and cobbled streets. After visiting, continue on your return road coming back to Poggio delle corti where you can return the vespa and spend the night.
Day 5 – Transfer to the Perugia railway station for departure
