• We require a 25% deposit on booking
  The Balance of payment is due 4 weeks before departure

• You will be responsible for cancellation fees based on the value of the holiday :
  - less than 14 days prior to departure or during the tour/activity: 100% of the total cost
  - between 15 and 28 days prior to departure: 50% of the total cost
  - More than 28 days prior to departure: € 30,00 booking fee

Insurance policies

We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover yourself for the duration of your holiday with Viadelsole.

In compliance with UK Package travel. Package holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, we have suscribed a full liability insurance with Royal & Sun Alliance ltd.
